Ad Book

SNAP invites you to place an advertisement in the 2020 SNAP Annual Conference program book and conference website. This is an exciting opportunity to send in an old favorite ad or create a new one to celebrate a weekend of healing and prevention. Promote your book, honor a survivor, tell us about your organization — the possibilities are endless!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Annual Conference will pivot from an in-person event to a virtual one, which will run from September 25-27. Despite the venue shift, we anticipate a bigger than normal turnout, because we are offering free registration and because people will be able to participate from the comfort of their own homes. Your contribution to the program book and/or conference website is an integral part of our conference and will play a role in strengthening the SNAP community and making members feel welcome and not alone.

Ads will be accessible included in our virtual conference program book and/or on the conference website itself, ensuring your ad will be seen by attendees in multiple places.

Express your gratitude to a special person by purchasing a special tribute ad for $50 that will be on our main website for the next year in our virtual conference ad book. Ads are business card size and are limited to 30 words. Here is an example of a past tribute ad we received: "I thank all the members of my support group (name of support group) for all the love and support you have provided me. You are special friends in my life. Thank (your name, if you wish)!"

We are offering a special discount for advertisers who wish to reserve both Regular Ad Space and Featured Ad Space. If you opt to take advantage of this discount, then the cost of your Regular Ad in our ad book will be reduced by 50%. Please notify [email protected] and let us know which regular ad space and featured ad space you would like before you place your ad.

Also note that no price difference exists between black-and-white and color ads and that your ad must be camera-ready as we will not be making any ad revisions.

Place your ad by Friday, September 4, 2020. This is a hard deadline. Submissions will not be accepted after this date and unpaid ads will not run in the program, either in our virtual ad book or on the conference website.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR AD:

Email your fully designed ad with at least 300 dpi resolution to [email protected]. PDF, JPEG, Word or Publisher documents are all acceptable. If you wish to use the same ad as last year, let us know as we have it saved electronically.

If you are selecting a sponsorship on our conference website, send us your logo at the appropriate size indicated in the chart above in JPEG format along with your website URL.

Then make your payment here.

Mail a check with “ad book” printed in the memo line to Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, PO Box 56539, Saint Louis, MO 63156.

Winter Appeal 2023

To our friends,

2023 has been a long year with many ups and downs for us all. As we close out the year, we at SNAP hope that you are feeling like you are on your way to being healthy, fulfilled, and happy. This past year has brought both successes and challenges. Thanks to the support you have shown in the past, we’ve been able to celebrate the good days and weather the stormy ones. Now, we are once again asking for your support as we work to support survivors new and old as we ‘Move SNAP Forward.’

At SNAP we are proud to have hosted a very well-attended conference in August 2023. This event allowed us to gather friends, survivors, advocates, and allies for a weekend of camaraderie and connection. We were so happy to be able to welcome many first-time attendees to gather in person and are already looking forward to the next conference.

To strengthen our movement for justice, healing, and prevention, SNAP will be expanding our peer support and providing more volunteer opportunities in the coming year. Through this great work, we are ensuring survivor voices are represented as we work for significant change that will benefit children and survivors.

Right now, survivors worldwide are getting the help they need from SNAP, and more and more reach out to us daily, but we need your help to keep those programs going and get our volunteers the training they need to thrive.
